No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Shannon’s Life sells digital products, printable PDFs, planners, binders, templates, and other downloadable resources. Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, Shannon’s Life does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase is completed.

Before buying, please review the product title, description, page count, images, and details carefully to make sure the product is right for you.
Download problems
If you have trouble accessing a file you purchased, please contact me at hello@shannonslife.com or use the contact page. Include the product name, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
I am happy to help with genuine technical problems, broken download links, or missing files. Help with access does not change the no-refund policy.
Duplicate purchases
If you believe you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact me with your order details so I can review the situation.

Digital products from Shannon’s Life are for personal use unless a product description clearly says otherwise. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, or claim the files as your own.
